So, often times in this world we are surprised by good customer service. Well, when the American Locksmith technician came to review and discuss my security needs I couldn't believe the honesty the tech had. Not only did he tell me the truth he also recommended very inexpensive methods to protect my business. I was ready to buy all kinds of elaborate locks and they flat out told me I didn't need them. How many businesses today would pass up easy money? Instead they have a customer for life because they gave me what I needed, provided great free advice, and did I mention how fast they are! My experience with this locksmith was awesome. The locksmith was fast, courteous, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I was locked out of my car, and had already waited on another locksmith who told me he'd get there in 30 minutes. After I waited in the freezing weather for 2 hours, I called American Locksmith. They got there within about 15 minutes! Don't waste time waiting around like I did.

Fast and Professional

I just had these guys out to get me into the trunk of my car. Other companies I called said it was probably impossible to get the trunk open, but these guys were able to do the job, no problem. The locksmith had to remove the back seat of my car, but he still didn't charge me more than the price I was quoted over the phone. Great experience.

I was very satisfied with the work this locksmith did on my doors. He had the locks I needed with him and was able to come out and complete the work within about 25 minutes of my phone call. Other companies I called wanted me to schedule an appointment almost a week in advance so they could order parts!
